Bero Jeydren Publications

Vairotsana
Bero Jeydren Publications was founded by Lama Tharchin Rinpoche to compile, translate and make available important texts of the Nyingma tradition with particular emphasis on the New Treasures of Dudjom.
Lama Tharchin Rinpoche, Lama Sonam Rinpoche, and all of us at Bero Jeydren Publications would like to thank everyone for their generous sponsorship of special Dharma text projects. Within the last couple of years we completed the final draft of the Sa Ter Ngöndro Phowa text that was used during the 2008 Spring Phowa retreat. It’s a beautiful text that we hope can be very helpful to people preparing for the moment of death. We also completed a collection of practices for the Riwo Sang Chöd, Mountain of Burnt Offerings, a smoke offering by Lhatsun Namkha Jigme. This includes the texts needed to do the practice as well as a special commentary by Gyalse Shenpen Thaye. This text formed the basis of our 2008 Thanksgiving Retreat. We recently finished work on a text from Dudjom Lingpa's Zab Sang Khandro Nyingtik cycle, an Amitabha daily pureland practice, which was the practice text that was used for the 2009 Thanksgiving Retreat.
The Vajrasattva Nay Dren collection of prayers and practices for the time of death is still in process. We will let everyone know when it is ready.

Lama Tharchin Rinpoche wrote the following about the benefits of sponsoring Dharma texts (written about the Phowa and Vajrasattva Nay Dren texts):
Sentient beings become Buddhas only by practice based on the teachings of the Buddha. Buddhist texts are considered relics of the dharmakaya because they create a connection between Buddha and sentient beings. Through words, the inexpressible meaning of the dharmakaya of Buddha’s wisdom mind in expressed in order for sentient beings to understand. Then through practice, sentient beings can attain fully enlightened buddhahood. I have collected several precious texts that are preparation for how to die professionally. Both the Vajrasattva texts and the Phowa text guide us in how to help ourselves and others at the time of death and in the bardo. They’re very practical and very meaningful. All these teachings come from Padmasambhava in human form, His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche’s vajra speech. Through texts such as these, his speech is connected directly to our hearts. Then when we do practice, we can liberate ourselves and others. This is very important. Because of this I did put some energy into translating and putting these texts together in order to make them available to my Dharma friends. But due to this material world in which we live, since no one really has free time, making these texts involves so many people and so much time. So I am requesting your help and support. For anyone who is able to add some material donation, I will dedicate that material accumulation merit into immaterial vast dharmata like the sky. That connection will lead us to attain enlightenment in order to benefit all sentient beings. These texts from the Vajrayana Foundation will remain and continue to benefit so many beings that do the practices. They will be extremely helpful. Thank you for your donations.
Lama Tharchin Rinpoche
