Sung with beautiful ancient melodies accompanied with drums and bells, the practice of Chod is cutting attachment to the solidity of phenomena and most importantly our self-identity, our ego. We hold our bodies as our most prized possession. Through the generosity of offering our visualized body, transformed into wisdom nectar, to all Buddhas and beings filling limitless space, we generate wisdom and merit and finally attain complete liberation.
This practice session will be led by senior students. Donations accepted.
